Processing & Shipping Details

Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 1 - 2 calendar days -- including weekends. After processing, orders are made and shipped by Rocio. In Sale/Holiday periods, please allow up to 3 calendar days for dispatch. You will receive an email once your order is shipped. All shipping times exclude delays caused by circumstances that are outside of our control.

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. Handmade by Rocio is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. You can make any address changes at support@handmadebyrocio.com before processing.

Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.
